It is after nearly 4 years of on farm, intensive study on various parameters that we at Avur Live Farms decided to start breading of Boer – A world renouned goat for its high quality of meat and Thalacherry- The otherwise called as Malabari Goats that is very famous among the eastern coastal India.
Bringing these two breeds that gave an amazing output of very good quality of meat with the Characteristics that is known for its texture, flavour and tenderness. The meat from this variety of Goats is proven to be lower in fat. It adds a distinctive flavour in Indian Curry and Briyani which enhances the taste.
These Goats are fed on organically grown mixture of Co5, Cofs, Agathi Keerai, Gladichadiya, VeliMasal, Oats Branch, Groundnut Kodi
